    bloody hell, its only a blank they had them in stock same day at gordon lamb, it was a week delivery for the plip keys, i think your local must be monkeys mate. sorry to hear it hasn't been as easy for you fella.:dapprove:

    just an extra thing, might have to try a few renault garages, my '94 was too old to be on some of the databases, however gordon lamb managed to find it.

    yeah thats what i meant mate, the v5, gave them the reg and chassis number, and they requested that i went to the garage to prove ownership of the vehicle (which is understandable imo) then they gave me blank key and the original keycode for the blank to be cut, cost £15. bear in mind this only...

    i rang the rac last night, they said they can only do something if you lock your keys inside the car, if you lose them they give you a number to ring, for a company who charges you £125 with only a 50% chance of the key working the ignition aswell as the door

    no, not unless you change the front lights and bumper (not sure about the wings) it only fits phase 1 and 2 models, not the phase3 facelift versions:)

    lol:slap: ahhh crap, i'm gonna need a new alarm fitting aswell, cos if i cant find the fob then i'll have to rip that one out. the standard renault alarm didnt work iirc. central lockin receiver in roof? umm where do i find that then lol. no chance of waitin a week for renault to get a key...
