my mate took me out in his 1.2 16v last night, oh my god it was amazin, never felt such raw power from a clio, its way better than my valver could ever be!! we even beat a scooby away from the lights, mind you my mates k&n probably helped cos its given him an extra 45bhp!! i was well impressed...

ive had no problems with mine so far, done 3k since purchased may, only costs have been front pads for m.o.t. get one thats been well looked after and you wont go far wrong, there not all unreliable some people just end up with a dudd sometimes imo cant really go wrong for the money........

i think i know which site your refering to loony, agreed some can be bitchy about the mk2s, but really its 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. imo a valver is a great car if you want summat you can chuck about and not be too afraid to do so, its fairly cheap motorin with a lot of fun...
