Not at all :-P
If my name was Mace or Will, I'd have told her I rescue homeless puppies and feed them to starving children, my parents would love her, and that dinner was being served at 7...
However, I asked as if she was near Birmingham, I'd have suggested going to see Fred, or Danny519 if...
I would also suggest rear shocks.
Just get a friend / parent / grown up to jack the back end up and have a look. Might need to whip the wheel off but its really easy to have a look.
Where are you based, Amy ?
Have a look around this page for some safe cleaner (billberry) and some sealant (CG wheel sealant) and see how you get on in the future.
If you've got anything else that resembles turtlewax, throw it away :o
:)
You'd have been better off protecting them with margarine than TurtleWax TBH..
My guess is you've used too much, or left it on far too long so it's just set now, and if it's 'old' it's not going to be at its best anyway.
Wet it and scrub it off with a microfiber .. but then again, if...
You'll be surprised what the standard speakers can do, when they're not under low freq load !
I put a cheap Fli active sub in the boot and then on the HU cut the low frequencies to the regular speakers.. cranked up loooooud there was no distortion from the fronts at all.
You can set it up...
That is stunning. IMO the front needs a Cupra R splitter as they suit the Ph1's so well... but aside from that (maybe a ph1 rear end but TBH it looks ACE!) it's superb.
Enjoy :) Mind the walls ;)
Ha. Brilliant. Definitely knew what he was upto with the wheel.... Were any of those old boxy volvos 4wd or just rwd + a set of decent snow/ice tyres ?
Quite a nice tune too...
Music - Heavy Cross (Yuksek Remix) by Gossip according to the YT vid :)
Windows 95 or XP ?
You missed off the physics processing unit (SRS).
Oh, and the flux-capacitor.
I think you've spent enough to get a free garlic bread too.
It'll be fine. Unless you're filling it with bags of cement, it'll be ok, just slow.
Also, the clue is in the wording... 'tow' weight. Unless he's putting them all in a trailer, there's no way he'll be done for anything weight wise.
I would not however, want to be 5 up in a 1.2 (or anything...
On the same theme .. how do people do their star trails ?!
I always just leave the shutter open for 10-40 minutes, depending on boredom etc... but I've read recently this can cause the shutter to overheat. The Nikons I believe have a digital 'motor drive' where you can set it up for x...
How far does the design have to be from the patented design ?
I mean .. every car has a wing mirror for instance... no one's got the patent for them as a whole, if you see what I mean ? They're all doing the same job, just designed slightly differently.
Last posts came in between me...
Surely the question to you is .. do you want to use it more than 2ft away from your desk ? If the answer is yes, then MBP it is ! If no, iMac FTW.
Helpful, I aren't.
:coffee:
Good luck !
Meh. Who cares ? At least he's paying.
My motto since about 2003: Don't help stupid people.
As it appears the guy has more money than sense... chances are high that this will end in a ditch/bus stop on its roof shortly.
*waits patiently for thread*
FLOL .. I hope you paid no more than 50p for his work !?
No as it's more than likely just an air leak. As I said, take it all off, and make sure it's all seated correctly.
Why would you take it to a garage for that........
Did they take the inlet off or just the TB ? Take it all off and make sure they have re-seated it properly.
The ICV should be very near to the TB one would imagine...
