Check the tyre pressures, and then assuming they are correct (or close enough) get the tracking checked.

Why do you think it's a good upgrade ? Buy a new lens and/or a flash. I don't think my pictures are any better with my 7D than my 450D and would rather have £1500 in my pocket instead with hindsight.... but then I'm my own worst critic !

No idea what the need is for BBM anyway .. If I want to speak to someone, I call or text the number their service provider gave them. Amazingly, it works for everybody, no matter what make their phone is or indeed what network they are on. Incredible really.
