got cauht up in traffic in the 2nd one but u can hear it slightly better...
i dont see 120 out 0f 4th, if i change when the shift light comes on then its just over an indicated 110.
mine was running like a bag of spanners turned out it was a manky air filter and after getting the coolant changed it runs 10 times better.
nice one mate keep us updated on that one
i only eal in tp public liability claims, so PL, EL etc anything that involves a TP vehicle really, we dont have an approve repairer in our dept its entirely up to the third party to choose where they want the car repaire we just settle the invoice cost dependant.
tbh you would be lucky to be...
yeah you can take it to any repairer you like, some insurance companysdont like it though so may refuse a company car, or refuse to redo the work if its not up to your standards when it comes back out. If its through a third partys insurers it should be fine though
am sure your right mate, because the belt shouldnt fail within 6 months would be worth claiming it, but the claim usually goes back to the garage that fitted the belt
ave been dealing with a few claims in work where people have been claiming for them going after 1-2 years since they shouldnt be needed to be changed after 5 years or the mileage, and their getting their work carried out.
it isnt your decision to decide whos at fault here, its the insurance companys, and going by what hes said its not going to take much for them to work that out.
and what you have said above could probably be classed as fraud, and am sure you would love it if someone done that against you
and...
free to yourself if they are certain that they are going to win the case.
The charges to the insurance companys are unreal though.
Hire car costs are 2 to 3 x the amount that enterprise would charge an insurance company.
If the insurance company doesnt pay the bill within 28 days they get...
no your entitled to have the car back the way it was before they hit you.
the terms and conditions of the policy say that they will indemnify you and any financial losses in the event of an accident.
as danny says the Insurance MUST return the car back to the way it was.
under the terms and conditions of the policy you are entitled to be indemnified for your losses. I.e put in the same position you were before the accident.
so yes.
