cheers, some woman on her mobile at traffic lights went straight in to the back of me at 30ish, she locked up tried to steer whilst braking in the wet (not happening) then hit my back right.
im ok, bad whiplash, but the harnesses buckets did there job.
pretty sure of it anyhow...
rear boot floor crumpled/slam panel, bumper cracked, light, rear quarter, bootlid, boot inner, front bumper and front slam panel... :dead:
the rat has been a beast too, just fitted the new buckets as you can see from the pics the other...
ok, got me some bucket seats today, mk1 subframes, which apparently bolt on to the original sliders.... how the hell do i get the top of the seat off so just have the slider to bolt it too???
just cant see what to undoe etc...?

as for the 140bhp 1380.... WOW i bet it is fun.
they aint up to date pics, its has got lower than that since due to the low profile tyres... will get some up todate piccies.

they only came in a 5 door, very very very rare dude, same engine as the RSi, but using single point injection (spi) and a different inlet manifold... has around 90hp compard to the RSi 110bhp
hence why i am using the RSi lump ;)
ok, i am going to be dropping the RSi/1.8RT engine in to my 1.4...
my insurance group is a 5 and the 1.8RT which the engine will be out of (;) ) is a insurance group 6/7 ....
how do they work out the insurance for dropping in this engine, basically going to say my bottom end has gone...
