lol. You can update the phone yourself through settings>update service>check for updates. Mine did crash a few times when I got it - but updates since have rectified any problems and it seems pretty stable atm.

What's coming in V2 then? Worth upgrading? I was planning on jailbreaking mine but will this effect getting v2?

It looks good mate, not a fan of the stickers/decals though. Think you could do more with them - they look a little 'straight', not quite inkeeping with the euro-ness imo!
