    When I had my 106 gti I changed the gearbox mount for a powerflex one, this stopped any movement from the engine and also kept the exhaust still. If a powerflex mount was fitted to an RS would it have the same effect

    they will fit just need to be squeezed through, because of the extra 2 LEDs over the normal 1 or 4 it makes them a bit of a tight fit

    Your money will be better spend on an exhaust that has had time invested in it, like a yozza or miltek. Custom exhausts wont really give any gains if any
