When renewing disks always play it safe and get new pads to.
Make sure to bed the disks in though by avoiding heavy braking.
Im sure new disks have a coating on them to prevent rusting so should be wiped over with brake cleaner, but dont quote me on this as im not 100% sure
Treat the rub strips to some autoglym bumper gel brings back the fresh black.
Im sure I seen a company selling clio sport mats on here which looked really good quality.
As for the 182 backbox the spare wheel well is in the way and would require blankiing off, although ktec do an exhaust...
I think the EGR valve recirculates hot air which suposidly is better for emissions.
As the pre 2001 dont have the harder emissions laws they perform better

Rallyes come in 1300cc 8v and 1600cc 8v. The 1300 has the shortest ratio gearbox.
The GTI is 1600 16v, I owned a 2000 W reg and loved every minute of driving it.
Fitting a GTI with an S1 box (1300cc) gives a very interesting combination along with a peugeot sport exhaust which will pop bang...
Someone did this to a saxo key, using a universal key fob. Seems a lot of work for what it is though
