they use ground effects as do things like skylines etc thats why they make the underside of the car basically totaly smooth and all that jazz lowering a car 30mm wont make it any quicker or change the amount of downforce or lift :D
i dont see why people have such a problem with paying for their own insurance maybe if you all bought cheaper cars then you wouldnt pay as much just thought ;)
