Is it front or rear pads you are changing?
I recently got some TarOx fast road pads from BB Tuning, I thought they were excellent value for money and are much better than my old standard pads!
They do produce are fair amount of brake dust and squek a bit, but thats because Im tight and...

How many people would be wanting to buy the next generation RS but would rather wait til the ph2, cup, trophy or whatever model is the best available. It certainly doesn;t inspire me to be first in line to have my name down.
Agreed!

Renault have been watching this club, its all Loonys fault, ever since he said he liked big bottoms
Ahh so we can blame him for that rear end!!
Will they be going along the Cup Pack, Cup Version and Trophy versions with the...
Ive seen some people mention that the new RS Clio (which weve all seen pictures of by now) is aimed and designed for the UK market?
Exactly how has it been designed for the UK then? Who did they ask when finding out exactly what us RS Clio and potential RS Clio owners would want?
Mine sometimes needs a damn good push to get into third, especially when changing down.
Do you think I could get that changed under warranty if I was to moan at my dealer or would they more than likely tell me to bugger off!
The warranty runs out in march.
Anyone got a guide of how to change the headlight on a clio, its the nearside I am trying to change.
Its obviously held in at the bottom somewhere but I cant see where.
Cheers.

Wow! If they really do make them that colour Id buy one of the sh*tboxes just to get the free colour with it!
Free?? Come one, this is Renault, it would be a £3k extra id colour! ;)
Bloody nice colour though!
I had ChipsAway repair my bumber after my bro scrapped his car against it and he did a top job! Would certainly recommended him again!
The only thing is that they are a franchise so it just depends if you get a decent or crap bloke (or girl), nothing really to do with the company.
Mines currently at 33, installed my filter about 6 months ago but didnt notice a difference.
On a slightly related topic, does anyone know the best way to clean these filters, and how often should that be done?
Did you make a decision on yet?
How about the Trophy 225? Best of both worlds maybe?
Would you say the Trophy was worth swapping from the cup? (Please dont make me thing of changing mine, lol).
What are people using on for back pads? I recently got some Tar-Ox pads for the front which work well. Have standard discs all around and dont want to change them.
Any recommendations for something that will work well with the Tar-Ox front pads? Do Tar-Ox do rear pads for the 172? Cant...

I know everyone is going to say "get coilovers". But Im not for two reasons:

lol, constructive!
I used A539s on my punto (previous car) and thought they were very good value for money.
However I use GSD3s on my Clio and think they are awesome. Apparently theres...
If you find the cup raw surely the Trophy is not the car for you!
Plus it would be a lot of money to change to the Trophy, and would all that cash really be worth it? You could get coilovers and recaros for a lot less!!
Cant comment on the 225 as Ive never driven one, but people seem to...
