I have had my 172 for 4 weeks now and my previous car was a pug 205 GLD diesel, so that was a massive step up. I have wanted a 172 for over a year and i use to dream about what 172bhp on tap would feel like. And when I saved like a ***** to finaly buy one, im not actuly that impressed with the...

Is A Clio With 90k On Clock Worth Getting?

Its always better to pay a little bit more for a good car, as it saves you time and money later on. My advice is to save your money for a good one. Although i guess that money is burning a hole in your pocket?!?!

    Cream-Crackered Clutch?!

Listen to see if the road noise increases with engine noise as it would normaly. If your engine is revving more than normal on flooring it compared to road noise then its slipping. Trust me you will no when a clutch slips.

I enjoyed my Clio 172 for 30 mins and then it collapsed!!

If you buy an item from a private sale then you have no legal right to return those goods. I always sell my cars 'sold as seen' with both mine and the new owners signiture. This is every clio owners worse nightmare! Makes me wanna change my cambelt everytime i drive my 172 lol!!

    172 Cups rule

Test drove both, lack of saftey and comfort lost it for me. FF is the better everyday car that you have live with. Plus you can always turn a FF into a cup if you really wanted to. Don't see the point in using a car which was built for the track on public roads. Although id love to own a...
