When I did my 182 outer cv boot (n/s) it knocked off, it did take a bit of a whack though! Theres a circlip on the shaft, im not sure if theres a better way of doing it?
I'd say you've not put enough fluid through. When I fit my braided lines it took nearly 2 litres till I was happy with the pedal feel (I think I had air in the abs pump)
There were times when the fluid was coming out fine with no air then a huge amout of air would come out all at once.
Now that these have been out a while has anyone used them on track? Im trying to decide on purely track tyres. I have 888's on at the moment but the R1R's can be had for £270 delivered from camskill in 15"
Noticed a noise at Bedford on monday. At first I thought it was the tyres rubbing but theres no evidence of this. After a few sessions I found grease on the inside of the front leftwheel, the cv boot clip had come off.
I repacked it with grease and reattched the boot but the noise was still...
I didn't get any photos, those are from the track photographer.

Put my sportlines on the other day, as far as I know the shocks are original so 57K on them and the ride is fine, I wouldn't say the ride is noticabley different to the cup springs.
