If your just doing the aux belt you dont need any of the locking tools? Just need one (that you can make) for the tensioner.

I'd say you've not put enough fluid through. When I fit my braided lines it took nearly 2 litres till I was happy with the pedal feel (I think I had air in the abs pump) There were times when the fluid was coming out fine with no air then a huge amout of air would come out all at once.

Noticed a noise at Bedford on monday. At first I thought it was the tyres rubbing but theres no evidence of this. After a few sessions I found grease on the inside of the front leftwheel, the cv boot clip had come off. I repacked it with grease and reattched the boot but the noise was still...

Put my sportlines on the other day, as far as I know the shocks are original so 57K on them and the ride is fine, I wouldn't say the ride is noticabley different to the cup springs.
