1.2 cambelts are real simple, get a haynes manual and u cant go wrong

head will have to come off, new valves will hav 2 be reseated etc looking at around the £1000 mark at renault how the fuk can ur mate tell that its bent 10valves by opening the bonnet lol

cool, i think the roughness is overspray from the bodyshop bit at work, doesnt feel lumpy just like real fine particles stuck 2 my paint almost like real fine sand

cool, do u just get the megs clay kit and just work it over the bodywork whilst spraying water then wash it all off?

my paint work feels a bit rough, not silky smooth like it should after a good old wax, ive tried loads of differnt polishes but just cant shift the fine gritty s**t all over my car. Am i gunna hav 2 go down the lines of claying the b**ch?
