Its a 172 cup, think its 2002...the garage said it will be fixed not written off. It doesn't look to bad at all really but if its being repaired i want it all doing... just cos i aint gotta pay for it as it was his fault, plus i would never buy a car with that sort of damage.

remember that the tyre pressures are for when the tyres are cold, so when you got to garage and it said 40, that aint completly accurate (although i guess it is still to high?) Get someone to check the car over, the free check sounds good but remember they want to make money out of you somehow...
