Good lambswool mitt, two bucket wash method and a water filter so no drying is needed ( Drying imo is where most of the damage is done).
As others have said follow that up with a decent polish and sealant/wax.
What machine will be using ?
A PC as in a Porter Cable or a rotary type machine.
In the right hands you will get it mark free - depending on the defects.
Weekly wipe downs with Meguiars Interior Quick Detailer.
Deep clean with AG Interior Cleaner if needed and Dress with Poorboys Bold and Bright once every three months.
Both leave a non greasy stuck finish and don't attract dust.
Using up to date techniques the above should not be needed. The guy who does bits for me uses hotglue to remove them without having to get behind them.
