Just fitted a Kenwood KDC-W8027 head unit. The problem is that the sound seems to go muffled in a pulsing manner every now again. Sought of muffled - not muffled - muffled etc. Seems to be at higher volumes and different tracks seem more prone to it.
Any ideas? Works okay most of the time but...
Mine have at least 6mm on them and I have 16800 on the car, the same for the last Dynamique.
Also why put the best tyres on the back as someone said? The front do all the work - drive, cornering, brake effort?????
I have a 65BHP and the babe will gimme 78mpg if I go easy on her, of course I only get 52 but I have never got it below 45mpg no matter how I drive.
I understand the 100 is far more efficient so I would say you will have no probs. Its almost def gonna be my next car.
Sony HU with Connetcs2 adaptor will operate the HUD and the stalk conrol. Most other units have stalk but not display.
Speaker wise the rear pods and the door pods are 5.25inch so get some good 5.25 co-ax speakers for the rear and get components for the front that have a 5.25 woofer.

Do you have any probs with the volume on the CK3000? I have it coming from the dash tweeter, using a Nokia 6230. The thing is the bl**dy Nokia resets the volume when the profile changes to handsfree and I can hardly hear it unless its turned back up to max.
I think its the phone but I...
Its a two part lead. You buy a car section and HU section and they plug together.
If you buy a different radio you just buy a new radio part
If you buy a different car you buy a new car part.
Have look at http://www.mcs-direct.co.ukwww.mcs-direct.co.uk if you want a Sony Im selling a display and stalk adaptor that works great. I just got a Kenwood 8027 and its quite impressive, although the flip down controls obscure the heater panel a bit
I have a CK3000 piece of P*ss to fit. Bit of time and planning and its almost invisible, just the switch panel on display.
Not sure about the display screen for the 3100 but I would have thought you could run the wires down the A pillar and have it on the right of the instrument cluster.
Sure mate. I use MCS Direct, they always seem to be cheapest and I never had any probs.

They are doing the 7027 for 189 and the 8027 for 239. I also ordered a stalk/display adaptor and that was only 35 quid.
MCS Direct are doing the 8027 for 239.00

Too right. Def down cos they obstruct the view. If anyone sits in back they have to go up though cos they do stick in yer back. Ps me off if they get left up though, or the seat belts not put back right.
Well too late now but I wouldnt have opened up the alarm, could invalidate the warranty.
Sounds like you shorted something out setting off the alarm but that shouldnt have stopped you turing it off. Might be the alarm was faulty.
Do you know what the wire was that you touched? Have you...
Okay question:
What makes the B2 / Road Angel two worth so much brass?
I would like a detector but I dont want a load of bells and whistles that I dont need, as long as it tells me when to slow down.
According to MCS Direst the S2 Neo will detect all fixed cameras via GPS, has 360 degree...
