Everyone should be entitled to positive and negative comments, however there has to be a line drawn between negative opinion and plain nasty comments.
If you really don't like something, why not offer an alternative which will encourage debate?
My Clio used to do this too. Lights on, switch the engine off and on, lights off again for another few months. I never done anything about it to be honest.
jack up the car and spin the wheels to listen for any grinding noise. However, if the noise only comes near on 100mph then I don't think this check will work.
I had that a couple of times. Came on, turned the car off, went off again.
When you turn on the ignition the ABS light will illuminate, then go off again after a few seconds (unless there is a problem)

you probably need someone with the same bank as transferring from one bank say Lloyds to Halifax would probably take the same amount of time as paypal, if not longer.
