I know they are specified for a mini, but the offset is similar to a 172 and the pcd is 4x100. Would they go straight on?
cheers
My 172 is the same mate, had my tyres changed and feels really weird. Steering is really light and like you say pulls to one side. Had the tracking done, feels a bit better but still not 100% right.
Leon - fastest (1.8 turbo 225bhp), most spacious. Worst interior bar the seats.
Clio - Fairly fast for what it is, nice looks. Made from melted down plastic cuttlery, pants driving position.
Type R - Prob best engine out of the 4, good driving position. But looks like something to stop your door...
If you have about 1500-2000 grand spare get a package from an established tuner consisting of inlet matching, cams and a remap. will get a 182 to about 200-205 bhp and increase torque to 175-180 lbs/ft
Mine doesn't have CC either, but it runs fine on the motorway. If you've come from say a 3 series BMW it would feel uncomfortable in comparison, but considering you coming from pretty much the same car with a smaller engine it will be fine. A lot of it depends on the wheels and suspension set up.
Need some new wheels, currently got some kak 17" ones. Want some anthracite turinis but can't decide on 16's or 17's. Obviously 17's look better, but 16's are cheaper, will have slightly better handling and ride quality.
Opinions?
It's annoying me now, the left is pointing too high, and the right one is pointing too low. Is there anyway simple way to alter this so they are at a similar height. The left looks a lot brighter as a result of this.
cheers
