I've noticed ever since my flat tyre on the motorway that my car feels very "uneasy" to drive. Sometimes I feel like I'm fighting with the steering wheel to keep my car from veering off the road, especially when changing lanes and driving over the cat-eyes!
I'm changing my wheels in the next...
I was driving behind a mate coming home from the gym and he rang me when I got home to tell me one light looked considerably brighter than the other (I think he said the left one).
I got home and they seemed fine, but when driving, I could see the reflection of xenons in other peoples cars...
Really need some new wheels for my car. They look crap cos they are kerbed, the tread is running low on the front tyres (still legal though) and my car feels really uneasy to drive, i.e. when I drive over cats-eyes I feel like I'm going to via off and crash - maybe to do with wheel alignment...

To be honest, the best colours are flame red and monaco blue! But in fairness, saw a black one this morning and it looks very nice, but black is very hard to keep clean, and scratches look worse!
My X reg clio RN did 114mph down hill, so that's probably about 105mph. My 172, not sure as I don't feel safe doing over 125 in it! 0-60 seems pretty good.
Which GPS systems do people use. I'm thinkin about getting one
Yes its on the hub straight, no not standard. But they have been off and on before at a garage when changing brakes etc!
The thread just isn't lining up properly with the holes in the alloys!!
I took my passenger front wheel off to take the acoustic valve out. And the frigging wheel wont go back on, for some reason the bolts don't like up exactly with the threads on the car.
I'm pretty confused lol
Help anyone!!
If you just want to make it nice and shiny for a few days then wash is with Megs Gold Class, use Autoglym SRP then a decent sealant to get it a deep shine. But if your interested in restoring it's paint work and getting rid of most of the imperfections (swirls, light surface scratches etc) your...
Maybe go for a stealth system if your not into the tail pipes! I went for the GDI system cut into my bumper (with 182 exhaust surround so it looks nice and neat) and it looks and sounds awesome imo!! Most decent exhausts are pretty pricey though to be honest, usually between 3 and 400 quid!!
I took mine to a body shop round the corner from me, cos to do it properly you need quite a bit of clearance under the front bumper in order to drill holes etc!!
right I've cut the 2 pin plug off the PC, and unscrewed the yellow 110V plug!! Theres a black and white wire from the and what looks like 2 thin pieces of rope or something lol!!
Never wired an american plug before, I don't want to die lol
Got the transformer plugged in at the mains, now where the funk does the porter cable plug into? Or do I need to plug the transformer into an extension lead with multiple sockets, then just plug the PC into one of the other sockets using an american to english adapter?
I really wanted superleggeras, not a great fan of the ultra tbh. They have been discontinued though so it's hard to find a decent set.
What about superTs?
My wheels are goosed and I want some new ones!! Will be getting them next month. Maximum of £700 and they have to be either 16 or 17".
What are peoples thoughts?
