I had my 172 at 19. If you can afford the insurance why not? I heard on the radio a few weeks ago that insurers aren't taking points into consideration anymore, but that could have just been hearsay

Sorry to thread hijack but where can u get bright side light for a 172. I was parked opposite a shop last night, when I started up the lights flicked on and it doesn't look right with yellow side lights and xenon headlights.
