They're narrower, probably want to use your standard wheels on track for more rubber contact, your handling will be better.
I think 205 width will be the max you'd want to run on 7j. Woops.
Clean them off with some citrus degreaser and a brush first, the adjuster rings and the threads.
That way you wont have to put as much force on the c spanner slots if you use a hammer and punch.
LOL, you blocked up the rear feed????
so you're total inlet diameter was from the pathetic oval feed at the front of the box?????
and you had the feed all the way to the fog???
anyone in essex have supersport (single silencer) k-tec stealth exhaust fitted?
I can offer one twenty pence piece which may or may not have a date on it if I can come and hear it,
blonde 21 year old girls may also apply.
Is the tailpipe larger on the YS system Fred? The only thing that put me off about it is the look, the supersprint diameter (like omp) seemed much more subtle and suited to an under the bumper style exhaust.
yepo, mine did.
had a new aux belt and the alternator checked and turned out i was missing bolts from alternator.
some of the aux belt pulleys might need checking. Mark fish ftw.
The combination of my irratic idle, these mounts and strippage has given mine an awesome helicopter sound while it's on the drive.
The mounts are very very good, would reccommend to anyone who's not a pansy about vibrations, everything about the front end feels solid now, definatly more...
you can get 182 look systems, but they're not really the same.
the 182 manifold will fit, however the rear section of exhaust wont due to the tyre well
A standard venom has a smaller overall inlet diameter than the standard airbox, unfortunatly it acts as a bit of a restricion.
The good news is that you can cut it in half to make one hell of a good noise like mine!
I had the same problem for ages.
In the end i gave in and bought the k-tec mounts and it's transformed the car.
Have you checked the bar that goes through the upper gearbox mount is secured to the engine properly?
