    I looked in my Haines manual and it says that you can remove that mount without having to readjust the others. It should just come out when undone and a new one slide straight in... (with a little bit of wiggling) I have an RSi Phase III but it should be the same!

    I have Castrol GTX. Mine doesnt idle that high at cold... Im assuming all gagues are slightly (some more than others) inacurate... High oil presure is good isnt it?

    Valvers are noisey, dont worry. However an oil and filter change wouldnt go a miss! Can never do it too often! And at £25, who cares!
