Bit of a thread resurrection here, but I saw A18TOO on a Blue (either Mondial or Arctic) 1*2 in Portsmouth last night. Even though we followed it for quite a few miles, Mrs Concern only managed photos of it so bad that the reg plate was illegible! Any one own this? What a great plate for a 1*2

My sister has a Mk 3 2010 & recently when using the remote to unlock (press twice to unlock all doors) the boot pops open. My first thought was the wiring into the hatch broken, is this a common fault? If not what is the likely problem?

I have a C4 VTS (petrol) on 150000 miles! It's the diesels that are not reliable. However that looks a really nice 1*2, good luck with that.

I used a zip tie 3 years ago & it's still good. I think the cog is part of an expensive component (heater unit?)

I have these tyres on my car & just replaced the fronts after 17000 miles which I think is pretty good going. As said they do hang on well wet or dry, so worth the money.

On my daughters Clio it was the switch on the passenger door. Take switch off, spray contact cleaner on connections, turn the key switch on & off a few times. This fixed it about a year ago & has not come back.

Check the dogbone & engine mounts as it sounds like the engine rocking as you put your foot down.

On my daughter's 1.2, I took off the passenger side door airbag key switch & cleaned with swich cleaner. Also turned the airbag key on & off afew times and it's never come on again.
