installing a car kit can be done in the dark upside down with ya hands tied behind your back with a large badger angerily biting at your b****cks its that easy

not as good or just not needed you see all those engines tend to suffer from worse low down torque (iirc) and if the variable valves need to be binned wouldnt they be replaced with solid lifters to get rid of the hydraulic lifters ??

its a bitumen based tape like dynamat but cheaper basically cut to shape and stick to metal and roll it out howmany layres is upto you depends how heavy you want the car to be really the foam will work in tight gaps
