yes they should be fine, i am pretty sure that all mk2 clios have the same bolt spacing for the subfame to bolt to the car. You can buy TUV approved ones for recaros iirc they are £110+ each though which is a steep price.

When I agreed to pay my dad for my old 1.2 I just left the V5 in his name and when I asked my insurance company they weren't bothered. However if you want to have it in your name you will have to fill it out as if she has sold it you.

when you say sport seats are they cloth i.e cup seats or the half leather and alacantra (sp) I would make sure its had its belts done in the service book too

I think it looks spot on personally I think the anthracite pack goes really well on the LY and AG 200's but no others imo, are you have any trouble with badly wearing recaros?
