They don't all have power steering .. girly at work has a W plate 1.2 and that doesn't ! Tho thinking about it, it barely has anything - no central locking / remote fob locking / engine... presumably the poverty spec one.

Interesting read .. The higher the number, the less prone to detonation it is (petrol exploding before the spark). The more stable the mixture, then the higher compression and bigger the bang .. bigger bang means more force to send the piston back down, and the more power you get..! :)...

I'd guess lack of coolant (split hose / radiator ) or dead water pump.

That's water temp .. not oil temp sir !! Check the coolant levels.... (and don't take the radiator cap off if it's as hot as i think it is lol)

30 litres of oil ? hope that's a typo. OIL light means lack of oil usually ? Seconded with the dipstick on min... Thoughts .. anyone ?
