It seems a bit odd that they won't cover a sorn car for fire and theft, maybe they think someone would bother to insure a car but not mot or tax it before hitting the roads? There are some policies available that will cover you while sorn though...

I got injectors from ecp, play the discount code game for a decent price. I got two lambda's from autodoc for £80 at the beginning of the year, genuine bosch. Spark plugs I believe @George@RTR_Parts does a decent price on those and ht leads I have no idea!

Yes, you will feel a difference in the steering. Still works bloody good though once you're used to how it feels.

I guess if it wasn't a public vote there would be more newer cars in the list and not so many French s**t boxes. I'd have expected to see the golf 7R and i30N feature as they get nothing but good press reviews. Pistonheads forum is full of oddities though.
