On a mk2 clio. Ive undone both side bolts and the central one, and you can give it good pull and it doesnt come off. I dont want to yank it and break any feeble plastic clips on it, it just feels like its still attached somewhere. Any ideas?

Anyone had any experience of taking your car in for a service and providing your own oil and not requiring a new air filter? Do you think they are going to be funny about it?
Also, what else do they change on a 12K service
My 172 does it as well. Think its a common thing to have the grinding/sticky/scrathy feeling in the pedal. Not bothered to get mine checked, but it feels like its either a catching in the wire or the bearing for the pedal

thr front is a tough one as edde says. Not much more than the carpets, sound proofing and the passenger seat. Removing the seat will leave the air bag light on and i dont know if it will affect them if, god forbid they are required to deploy. Door cards in the front probably have to stay and...

Run flats really do compromise the ride, my mates bmw has them on his new 3 series, and compared to his old one (exactly the same model and shape etc) it has turned it very sloppy
