itg panel filter for perfomance. open filter for noise (but you will lose power) or for the best of both worlds and if you are feeling flush then the holy itg maxogen

could be interesting but the c20xe will be a tired engine now. depends on weatha it has bin rebuilt and is a good engine and if the person in question can drive. i could beat a astra gsi in my old suzuki swift gti and i once raced a 182 and it made me look silly so i think personally you should...
