not to sure tbh. with either kit your not getting cams with the packages but are worthwhile mod if you do TB it imo. think they're both very simular just depends on which garage (gdi up north-k-tec down south) is closer. also you see alot more cars with the gdi kit than the k-tec but am unsure...
