Whenever it needs it. Wash the car well, put your hand in a clean plastic bag and rub it across the paint if you feel bonded on crap worth claying it.
Hard to suggest amounts as everyones car use is different. Once or twice a year will probably be fine.
As said earlier ther is no hard and fast rule on cure times, Swissvax BOS for instance says to leave it on for 10 mins then to remove, P21s say wipe on and off.
Prep is the key though claying and polishing is a must first.
The XXX is best suited to a panel at a time on and off. Another product I am not a huge fan off, but it is a much better option than Megs NXT.
I use these for wax removal http://www.cleanandshiny.co.uk/ProductDetails.asp?ProductID=10083 the CG Plush ones will do the job well.
Depends on the product tbh.
Some Carnubas can sit on the paint and allow you to do the whole car and then remove, others need to be wiped on and then off immediatley.
Make sure your applying it thin to, anything you removed is just wasted product. Stubborn left over bits are a sign of over...
Autoglym Engine and Machine CLeaner or Meguiars All Puprose Cleaner and scrubb with car shampoo and water.
Avoid anything acid based as it will change the finish
Best of speaking to Maria and see if you can get a stand, they would not let the PSOOC have a stand there last year due to the range of cars - when I went down anyway to grab some pics there where lots of Clios on Track though.

Which Action Day after you counting as the next, Classic and Sportscar Day or Eurofest?
Not sure if either clash with anything this year not looked into it, last year Eurofest clashed with the Sat of RWS
Nice one.
Glazes leave oils on ther paint helping it look glossy, deep and wet.
3 costs seems optimum for looks and durability for the EGP. The Onyx would be my choice to :approve:
If you use wax over polished and glazed paintwork, chancers are it will look better than a wax over polished, sealed and waxed paint.
If you happy to wax frequently a sealnt is not needed. Most Carnubas will give 2-4 weeks protection - so a fresh coat in this period will keep the car looking...
Will need claying to remove the sap, and then polishing to remove the etching.
Depening how deep it has etched will govern the correction process. Working by hand something like Meguairs Scratch X is the best bet. Easist route would be a machine polish, which maybe the only route id the etching...
A Pure carnuba will work fine over a sealant. As you say it will leave a warmer richer glow to the paint rather than the cold sterile look most sealants give.
I thought I had some pics of topped and untopped sealants but don't. I always end up using a wax over the sealant to be happy with the...
There was CS stand ( did not park on it myself) but anyone can go along. I go to most of the Combe action day events regardless of the club being there.
You can join by Cheque, drop (Emma) Pootle a PM.
Cheers Chris. I really want a monpod this season to try some lower shutter speeds with the 300mm on. I am fine at lots slower shutter speeds with the 200mm on but find it is to short at Quarry, Camp or Tower.
I thought of you on Sat as some people near by where talking about feeling odd, I have...
As Johnny very rarely comes on here pointless post IMO.
Out of the normal then as for me most things turn up after a day or so.
