cams will be fine with pistons (check clearance anyway)
i wouldn't rev past 7500rpm unless you have ARP rod bolts, even with them 8000rpm is the limit if you want the engine to last
the engine won't run any hotter just because it has throttle bodies
did the people that installed your ecu leave the oe ecu controlling the fan? (ie is there a second coolant sensor on the thermostat housing)
do NOT drive it!
that looks like a seized aux belt tensioner causing that, ie garage didn't change the aux belt tensioner and idler, school boy error on a 172/182

generally all 172's make 160-168 @ flywheel for a good one (low to mid 140's @ wheels)

the pads in the brembo calipers (so all 197's, 225's and 200's) bind in the caliper, they need grinding down on the edges, Renault won't tell you that though LOL
