Do a 1-2 warm up laps, then 2-3 fast laps, come in and check pressures. You want about 28-30psi hot. My MRF’s are about 23/24 cold and ideally 28/29 hot. Slightly higher on the rear but that’s my personal preference.

You could lower it on 60mm springs but it would drive absolutely horrible. Bordering on unsafe to be fair. Even 35mm springs remove most of the comfort. A set of coilovers can be had for £200 on eBay, and you can go 100mm on the back and 80 on the front. (And it will still drive absolutely...
