also hoping to be a bit more unique with them being megane rims :D
lol, yeah im thinking about getting 205 45's put on and either a 40mm or 60mm drop, wat u think? one all this craps outa the way its either colour coding or foggies :D hehe
just bought the wheels. got some good tyres on atm shame theyre too big, p6000s and dunlop sports, gonna get them on the bay i think. need sell them before i can afford some new rubber though :( lol
hi, as above really just wondering if the stud fitment etc will be correct for these alloys to go on my clio. the tyre size is currently 205 55 16 which i know wont fit which is a shame as the tyres are all fairly decent. which brings me to my next question, what is the best size tyre to go for...

dirt cheap :-) pay that much in halfords for the reference range
im working under the same principles mate. other thing i mite investigate is wiring in a rocker switch somewere with a perm 12v (fused), then run a switches live to the lights and ground them to the chasis, im thinking that should work unless anyone is able to elaborate?
russ
what seats do you currently have in mate? cant be any worse than my GREY expression seats, havent even got fabric on the back of them...got some crappy pvc lol
cheers for that mate. thinkin about touring the local scrappys soon for a stalk, think thats a wise idea? (also will hopefully allow me ava bit of practise removing thesteering wheel before i do my own lol)
the lamps may be an ebay job but see if the scrappy has any. pleased the wiring is in...
ahhh ignore previous post. ive just looked through the engine bay and can see a wire behind the rear of the passenger fog light cover (cliped onto fogy cover) so looks like i just need the fog lights, stalk and the wire that runs between the passenger and drivers side foggys
russ
ive found i have more midrange pull and the car works through the gears slightly quicker than with a standard paper filter.. makes the engine sound a bit less of a pussy 2 lol
yeah theres also that martin. fair point. and in all honesty they dont make a great deal of difference to the cars power anyway. give a tiny bit more mid range pull.

expensive mate. prob cheaper to buy a clio with aircon in as youd have to buy a compressor, new heater dials with ac button, plus new belts etc (not 100%) but i brought a clio with aircon purely for that reason. a clio with aircon same spec, age etc as one without is worth about £500 more on...
