TBH chaps they're (well they were ;)) £170 coilovers, don't expect miricales! they work, but they're very basic! TBH k-tec might have a point (i haven't gone into detail reading this thread) but i'm 99% sure V-maxx, k-tec and raceland all share components betwen their kits. V-maxx IMO...

depends on wht the car is used for really, road car box oil say every 2-3years, brake fluid should be every 2 years, coolant every 3 all IMO
