I bet your lease database is out of date, and if you ordered a 197 a 200 would be delivered. I think the 197 will deliver a cup, as you say its called a cup, and the 200 is the normal version.

They will replace it I think. Its obviously a s**t repair, this is what happens when you get 'free' phone insurance from premium bank accounts. Insurance with the network operators is the way to go if you must insure your phone. With orange its expensive, but an as new exchange unit is provided...

If you have an iPad then get an iMac (27" of course ;)). If you dont have an iPad, and require portability then get the MBP.

+ no need for a full aux kit iirc
