Easier said than done with a Trophy,
To be honest i am not unhappy with the car its just a couple of niggly faults that i want corrected, if there were issues with the Mechanical side of things then maybe yes I would reject it, but for a little bit of paint work and CD player all of these can...

No it has to go back to Lookers as they will have to rectify the paint defects and the wheel, i could get John Pease to sort out the CD Player as that is a warrenty issue, but the rest are dealer issues, which is fair enough, would expect John Pease to cover the cost of repair when it wasnt them...

Many of you will already know the problems I have with the car, nothing serious, just cosmetic issues that i notcied the day I collected the car.

My 2002 Dynamic+ had them on both sides but my Trophy only has it on the Passange side, I belive it was late 2002 that they changed as my next door neighbour has a 52plate and she only has it on the passanger side.
Renault UK are the best to complain to. You will find there details on the Renault UK website.
Email them and send them a letter as well. Also send a copy of the letter to the Dealership so they are aware of the complaint may get them to take there finger out of their ar*e.
HUM Build quality, i would say is normal Renault, no better no worse TBH.
Spare wheel under the car is a concern, easy to steel and open to the elements. Thats partly the reason the boot is bigger.
OH and Renault seemed to forget the DIP STICK, we were searching for it for ages and it is...
Congrats you will seriously love the car, I have just completed 1000miles in the car and it is amazing.
You get loads of looks all the time, and it just handles whatever you chuck at it.
