If a sill is bent, then if you take it to a garage more than likely they will bash them out to be fair. Seen it many times. Big hammer and a lot of patience to get it straight. However if they are paying for it then get some quotes.

What version of clio? I presume your on about a Mark 1 clio due to you mentioning beams? Or you on about the Mark 2 or Mark 3?

Nice of them to replace the door sticker, nice £52.80 + VAT. I would get a second opinion from another bodyshop. Most of the things may not be needed at all.

O&O defag program. Leave it on over night and it should be done by then. Well worth doing a defrag then clearing out temps with ATF cleaner and using CCleaner to clean up the registry after the defrag.
