You need to be carefull what you buy.
The Porter Cable is a safer option than a Rotary as it is harder to do paint damage with.
The Cheap halfords type buffers are no good for doing paint correction.
Car looks fantastic, the Jeffs really leaves a nice wet gloss, did the #16 add much to the look?
I added another couple of coats of Sealant to mine, not got round to the 1#6 yet.
Evo figures are are all 6.5 or 6.6 for all nearly all varients, 182, 182 Cup, Trophy and 172 Cup, only the 172 proper was timed any slower at 7.1.

Services are 12K or 2 years on the 182. Think you get a few hundred miles tolerance so you may be ok if you get it done asap.
Out of the products you have most could be used by PC. Out of the ones you list the really nice one that works well be PC is the AG SRP.
You could use the AG Paint Renovater to do paint correction but your money would be best spent on some more suited polishes to do the paint correction first...
As others have said I would not get to hung up about finding the newest plate you can, better of looking for the best condition/mileage one you can IMO. I looked at an '06 Golf GTi last weekend, and my '05 182 was in much better condition.
