I always thought best tyres on the back.
As you brake into a corner the weight is transferred to the front which pushes the front wheels into the ground but the rears have little weight over them so are more likely to step out, so you want the best grip on the back, especially in the wet.
Reversing is harder, no doubt about it.
I find them comfy, I like how the seats are holding me in place rather than me having to move with the car, and the position is always perfect for me.
Above the picture on flickr click 'share this', then 'grab the html/bbcode' select 'bbcode' and the image size and copy and paste the text it generates into the forum. :)
Cheers for the comments :)
2 roads in the pics are the one from just after sowerby bridge to hollingworth lake and the one between rishworth and the motorway :)
Definitely, maybe something over easter weekend hopefully, maybe a run :)
If my late ucas goes through I might get to experience this student life lark ;)
Cheers mate, erm got 3 sets now :o
Rent's keep telling me I need to sell some :( And when these came, same day as the tyres, and filled the dining room they were less than impressed lol
lol at all the red love, maybe you should do it paul ;)
They are huge, must be to send all our quality yorkshire electricity over to the north west :rasp:
One main disadvantage is the screen on the 500D is so good it makes your pictures look better than they actually are lol
If you go for the 1000D this never happens as the screen is s**t.
Jessops aren't too bad for bodies and kits imo, but if your on a budget definitely go used and buy better.
I got a crazy idea chris, like radical new thinking!
Finish the dissertation early, like before the deadline so your not doing it up until the last minute!
;) Will see how the interest is, i'm busy the weekend after but the one after than i'm not.
Cheers for the comments.
Greg and his mate took some at the last meet, he hasn't got around to getting them up yet i dont think as he's still moving house, or between houses or something like that.
Lens is a Sigma 10-20mm
I got RS2's this time for the same reason, wanted one set of wheels I could use for pootling around town, weekend blasts and trackdays.
Pretty impressed so far, more track orientated than the V12's/PE2's while not being as expensive and hardcore as the R888's
Had a play with both the car and the camera today.
Quite happy with how mine came out, my mates punto below i'm less happy with the pics but they'll do.
