No idea, its annoying though. But it does loosen up and start working properly after a while.
I never had it on long enough for it to loosen up, but a certain highly regarded specialist on here said they are all stiff to start with but soon loosen up, and the guy who has mine confirmed this.
When i took it out I was 20, good area (well depends which company you speak to :S), 2 years NCB, no points or claims, £1K exactly with Adrian Flux.

As said though its cheaper by more than £30, cant comment about RS murray but birchdown service is excellent and they will lend you a car or a van to go out and about. Make it a day out, go to the zoo or something.

Latest bolds/curve's are really low quality now. My old bold 9000 was really well made, weight was spot on and it felt like a quality product. Cousin picked up her new bold the other day and its light and...
