Hit it with a hammer 🤣 Erm in all honesty If its the main incoming stop tap for the property then would ideally need to replace it by isolating mains coming into house etc. Can often loosen them up by slowly winding in and out but if it's proper seized you've got no chance.

It's not mad at all. As good as M140s are, they are not a full blown M car. I think if you'd have swapped from an M2/3/4 then you'd have felt different. Maybe The RS cars are special aren't they.
