De-cat definately and headwork i think. If its the 8V energy engine, junk your induction kit (if thats the filter youve got) and get a replacement element or something nearer the front of the car away from the heat. Should be possible to get a camshaft for it by now too....

Yeah take the K&N and throw it away. Wouldnt bother with the manifold at the mo...the cast job is pretty good as is but would go for the decat, chip, pbv, cams n pulleys...
