AFAIK, well it is on mine, the 'BREMBO' logo is just a transfer mate. Buy a set of decals on ebay for about £2 with postage. And yes, that's been repainted by the looks of things.

If the display is only showing time and temperature then you're correct, it's not been wired properly. It's common for this to happen on after markets. I'd stick with the aftermarket regardless mate. Take a picture if your wiring and post it here.

Elaborate on 'not working'? Nothing displaying at all? Have you got the original head unit/stereo in?

Agreed, although I am in the same boat as @Hans. I believe with the settings having the '1' alert. Refusing to upgrade to iOS8 until it's forced!

On that note, email fetching also uses battery @Daniel - the fact you don't even read your emails renders it useless to have that function on in the first place! Settings >Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data

I believe in iOS8 (I haven't upgraded yet) that you can see exactly what resources are using how much of the battery. Shouldn't it tell you in there? Bluetooth would reduce battery life as it's very similar to wifi in the way it's always searching for a connection & sending/receiving data or...

Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Turn off. It's one of the main battery drainers. Mine only ever goes on if I need the SatNav or fancy a bit of Tinder. It's main use is for when you post on Facebook etc and it will then say; Posted 10 minutes ago near London Bluetooth also drains...
