I use CC, my foot is too tempted to fall to the floor :o At around 70 ;) the other day I used CC and got around 41mpg, general driving I get about 35 so its not bad at all.

Did you check them mate? Presume he uses a bar and breaks the seal, then puts new discs on and replaces the studs aswell.
