Mine made 184.3bhp and 157ft-lbs (standard) on a Dyno Dynamics rolling road. That was with about 2k miles on the clock. Will probably run it again nearer the 10k mark.

Great shots Ryan! I tried some club photography once, really enjoy it but don't have the right equipment at the moment. I have an opportunity to shoot for a friend who organises some club events so might have to invest...hopefully something will come of it.

Get a Nikon if you're cool ;) usually with similar level cameras, it will come down to personal preference. Like GCD says, try and test them to see how they perform/handle.

Just make sure your dof is large enough to keep the whole group in focus. (If that's what you want...) Other than that, I think the flash will come in very handy - I would do the same as Ian - expose for background and use the flash to freeze motion. practice!!!
