You cant use anything on the Alcantara/Suede apart from a damp microfiber cloth.

Paintwork, all depends on the condition of your paint, but...
Scratch X will help with the swirls but if paint is badly swirled it will take lots of elbow grease and then probably not make much of an impact on it. Use a folded terry towel and work the product till its gone in samll sections at a time. Maybe thing of using a glaze type product and wax to...
