Ah, she's doing well still. Mid-50's mileage now so the cambelt beckons early next year I would have thought. Had a few issues recently like a rear shock going, inserts on the exhaust, split CV boot clip, etc. But got these changed and chucked in some new NGK replacement plugs at the same time...
I'd always imagine a Zonda being a little too refined. Like it was meant to be a supercar for the tuxedo-wearing types.
The 'Segg seems to have that slightly 'raw' edge to it. Like you could spot a few jagged lines here and there and a bit of a flakey finish in parts.
Not that I'd say no to...
Never, ever use the climate - don't really see the need. Would miss the auto-wipers, which for 90% of the time work fine.
The biggest loss if I didn't have the FF version though would be the xenons. I've got so used to them now and I still like the blue-haze effect when they kick in, even...
Ian - have you got just a standard set of car ramps? You'll be able to see/inspect it no worries with the front raised up.
When my 182 was on the ramps, it was pretty obvious that one bolt was shot and it rattled just by tapping it. The biggest issue we had was the fact that the nut on the end...
Good response there, m8. Glad to hear that you're ok - that's the main thing.
I go on a road over the tops near here - twice a day. It has signs on it like "72 casualties in the last 5 years" etc, and I've travelled that road for nearly eight years now.
However, despite seeing cars on their...
Damn! Rumbled! ;)
There's very few columns in there m8 that have a value like that though. There are quite a few columns that are blank (for all users) and to be fair, a lot of the headers make 'sense'.
But I couldn't find this particular one. I ended up doing H's non-lazy suggestion and...
Chaps,
I've been using CSVDE to look for a specific entry in AD. Basically, I'm after unticking the box on 'Client Devices -> Connect Client drives at Logon' for all users - as seen below:-
I could go through all the OUs manually and untick them, but I can't be arsed! ;)
Anybody...

Ian,
It could well be the exhaust manifold inserts that bolt the cat onto the front section. The RPM range that you described matches the rattling/ping noise that I had a few weeks back.
Turns out that one side of the insert kit (which is mainly two spring-loaded bolts) had completely...
Chaps,
Just weighing-up the options here. Although my exhaust it still fine for now - with the age of the 182, it will need replacing at some point.
What options are out there if I don't go OEM? I would just want a straight forward - cat-back, bolt-on system that would replace the OEM one...
Re: privelege car insurance are s**te.
Good point. Even a mild shunt involving a couple of everyday cars could amount to £thousands. And even more so in this day and age where people will claim for so much as breaking a finger-nail.
I just utterly detest car insurance full stop. And the...
Re: privelege car insurance are s**te.
V. true. But there's this immediate :nono: :nono: :nono: attitude to young drivers - no matter what they do to their car. You could argue that larger wheels have a larger contact patch on the road and also make the car slower in acceleration, thus less...
Re: privelege car insurance are s**te.
But doesn't this yet again highlight the utter b****cks and double standards of a lot of insurers? So a lad on here gets told to feck off because he wants different alloys and yet older drivers like you and me could have a roll cage fitted and plenty of...
ROFL!
Nah - I love the Vee and everything about it. But I'd miss the chuckability of the 182 - I just know I would.
And besides, we had his & hers 182s for a while. I think his & hers Vee's would be a bit too much. ;)
D.
Hi m8 - that would have been me in the 182. I saw the three (?) blokes getting a talking to off the police. What had they been doing?
I was waiting for the Vee posse to catch up. Those V6's aren't half slow... ;)

He was in with the R8 mob. There was an Elise and also a yellow Westfield there too (which I should have taken a picture of, tbh). Chatted to the Westy owner for a bit - there was only me that seemed interested in it - lol!
He came the opposite way to us later on the Triangle at full chat...
It belonged to a decent enough bloke who pleaded with me to swap my 182 for his R8.
Of course, I said no, but did have 2nd thoughts when he said he'd pay for the petrol as well.
;)
D.
Looks great Gaz. Personally - I'd feck the silver alloys off for good and leave these ones on!
Get a boot spoiler on it as well.
Please - will ANY 197 owner on here try to do that Clio's booty-ass some justice and make it look tidy? ;)
D.
You'll pulled into the Shell garage and then spotted you again later going past us all parked up.
Had a Renault Sport visor strip on it too.
Just needs the optional boot spoiler now.
Anyone?
